Interim report past due

Hello, WMCZ:

We are missing a report for this Presentation & Outreach grant that should have been received back in December according to the six-month interim reporting schedule. I'm updating the template on this grant to reflect that the report is past due; please submit the report as soon as possible in order to get back in compliance or contact grants at wikimedia dot org with questions.
