I like the idea of anonymous reporting, but I don't know that I really like the idea of a filter for specific words. Part of this is because Wikipedia isn't censored and there is a place for some words on Wikipedia that might otherwise be seen as hostile. Creating something that would stop people from using specific words in ways that don't violate Wikipedia guidelines might be seen as harassment. If this wasn't what you intended, I'm slightly confused since we typically use filters to keep people from posting things on Wikipedia rather than to just show that an article is more prone for vandalism. The next open call for Project Grants will be in October 2016. You can also consider applying for a Rapid Grant, if your project does not require a large amount of funding, as applications can be submitted anytime.
