Hey Amir - can you take a look at this idea and tell me if it's viable (and interesting enough, and simple enough) to develop it as a grant? I'm sorry for asking you , you might not be the perfect fit for this eval, but you're the only one I know with relevant knowledge.

PS - if you know someone more relevant, do point them here and in my direction. It will be service enough :D
