I would appreciate you all reading the Friendly space expectations and speak to other users with the respect that they deserve. If you have questions about the proposal, approaching the user in a friendly and collaborative way will get a much better result. Empowering women to point out gender based systemic biases in articles

What this idea says to me: Because women are a minority on Wikipedia their perspective of a subject may not be reflected in the current content. And when a women attempts to alter the content of established articles to remove systemic bias it often gets reverted. Women must defend their edits on the talk page against the regulars who edit the article and they get psychological worn down trying to explain systemic bias and how it affects content on Wikipedia and in this particular article. A policy and processes that validates that gender based systemic biases exist would have a positive psychological effect on women who are leave in frustration now.
