Budget proposal for 2022

Have noticed that the total of Full-Time-Employees (FTEs) in Table 4 is stated as 6.9 for the coming year. However, summing up the individual entries, I get a higher figure. Please explain.--BBCLCD (talk) 17:58, 3 December 2021 (UTC)
