Sorry, I've read it multiple times since your reply but I never managed to extract the attendance information from that list. Above the list of names I read "are invited", suggesting it's the list of invited people; "attendance is currently being confirmed" is certainly outdated; there are 15 names there and 15 members, but we were told not all members could attend. --Nemo 11:52, 5 July 2014 (UTC)

Questions regarding the "Diversification of resources..." section

Could someone explain what is meant by:

• "Outside fundraising is a donation intended to support our community"?
• "Any fundraising component should be nominal"? (what is the meaning of 'nominal' in this context?)
• "To the extent organizations fundraise through membership fees, they should be nominal"? (again, what is the meaning of 'nominal' in this context?)

The Board and ED of Wikimedia Nederland would like to express their appreciation for the work done by the FDC Advisory Group and the quality of the recommendations they have produced. When implemented, many of these recommendations have the potential to make the FDC/Annual Plan Grants process more efficient and effective. We especially appreciate the recommendations concerning the possibility to simplify the process when applying for a renewal of funding, and the recommendations that propose to make the process more 'made to measure' (i.e.take into account the diversity among chapters concerning complexity of the plans submitted and size of the grant applied for).
