Unfortunately I was not able to attend to Wikimania 2016 due to personal matters. Attached is my correspondence and notification to Organizational committee:

Unfortunately I wont be able to participate in this year Wikimania in Esino Lario, because of personal reasons.
If it is possible - please send my partial Scholarship to someone else, who can attend the event.
I apologize for this, but I have to do an unexpected travel to my home country during the same period.
