I gave a talk titled "Gender gap in the Global South: Lessons from policy-making and outreach" followed by an interaction session with the audience, where I presented my experiences and lessons as a former Chair of a gender gap group in India as well as a long-time volunteer in the Wikimedia movement. Approximately 40 people attended my talk on Gender gap in the Global South: Lessons from Policy Making and outreach, four of whom expressed interest in collaborating with me or seeking my assistance in the future for work pertaining to gender gap. I also renewed conversations with some Wikimaniacs I had met last year at Wikimania Mexico.
