Description of your participation:
I was a speaker at FOSSASIA 2014 where I delivered a talk on mediawiki extension - Annotator. I also took part in panel discussion regarding Women in IT sector. I met various participants from several open source communities. I also met Cat Allman (Open Source Programs Office at Google) and Stephanie Taylor (Program Manager, Google). It was an awesome learning experience interacting with different people from different areas.

FOSSASIA was a well organized event with multiple sessions running simultaneously. The most important thing in such kind of events is sharing your experience and interacting with developers of different open source projects.
