Due to the nature of my major participation in wikiverse, most of what I've learned will be by shared by creating and maintaining of on wiki tools, also promoting new features and help with them.
Apart from purely Wikimedia related things I've had an opportunity to learn about different cultures as well as various phrases in new languages.

Although utopic wish, I wish Wikimania was longer so I had more time for face to face collaboration with many of those listed above...
