  • Finalization of the campaign page design

  • Recruitment and induction of additional team members (community liaisons and regional and language ambassadors)
  • Launching of the call for participation and promotion on Wikimedia Community and social media platforms.
  • MassMessage to community portals, village pump and talk pages of Wikimedia affiliates (Chapters and User Group)
  • Drafting and translation of invitation letters into several languages
  • Invitation of participating communities (Wikimedia Chapters and User Groups)
  • Meeting with the Wikimedia Foundation Campaign team
  • Design of campaign prizes
  • Creation of hashtags for all participating communities
  • Campaign promotion on social media.
  • Production of the #WPWPCampaign Souvenirs
  • Improvement of the metrics tracking tools: We work closely with the WMF Campaign and growth team to add additional features to the tracking tools.
  • Design of the Best practices in organizing WPWP Campaign in your community
  • Meeting with the Wikimedians of the Caribbean User Group
  • Meeting with Africa community using the WikiAfrica Hour
