July 2021

August 2021

• 開始針對亞洲月的更名進行安排

• 開始重新設計這屆亞洲月活動專頁等其他頁面
• Re-designing and building event page of Wikipedia Asian Month

討論亞洲月的活動時程、規則與流程是否要修改

• Discussing the agenda, rules and workflow of the Asian Month.
• 追蹤資訊視覺化平臺、Fountain Tool更新、郵件寄送技術開發等進度
• Looking at data visualization platform, updating Fountain Tool, developing mailing system…etc.
• 向其他維基媒體運動組織提出合作舉辦亞洲月活動的邀請
• Inviting other wikimedia branch to join co-hosting the Asian Month
• 開始討論亞洲月的專題照片活動、合作活動如何執行，並設計相關頁面
• Preparing and design event pages for theme-based photo event and collaborative event.
• 開始準備之後將會使用的懶人包、宣傳材料
• Start preparing guidebook and promotion material.
• 開始準備之後需要提供的徽章、主題衣服等獎勵
• Start preparing the physical reward, such as badges, T-shirt…etc.
• 發布預告下屆亞洲月活動即將舉行的宣傳文章
• Announcing the next round of Asian Month.

September 2021

• 請求其他組織成員協助翻譯專頁、群發訊息等內容
• Requesting translation and spreading information from/for other groups.
• 將已經完成的宣傳材料提供給合作組織
• Providing Asian Month promotion material to other groups.
• 確定活動規則與流程、相關頁面、教學內容、基礎工具等都已經建立和更新
• Confirming campaign rule, process, pages, guiding material and tools has been set up and updated.

October 2021

• 向以前曾經參與亞洲月活動的用戶寄送邀請訊息，並召集用戶擔任組織者／評審
• Sending invitation information to previous participants, call for becoming organizer or judge.
• 確定參與亞洲月的維基媒體計劃均有設置活動頁、Fountain Tool評審頁面、活動規則，並將其連結到元維基頁面上
• Confirming all Wikipedia Asain Month project all have event page, Fountain Tool, rules, and are all linked to meta page.
• 申請設置CentralNotice
• Applying CentralNotice extension.
• 發布號召參與亞洲月活動的宣傳材料
• Publishing Asian Month promotion materials.

November 2021

• 亞洲月編輯松活動正式舉行，並透過Fountain Tool追蹤參與狀況
• Running Wikipedia Asian Month, monitoring participate data through the Fountain Tool.
• 持續宣傳亞洲月活動與子活動
• Continue promoting the event.
• 可以在活動期間發表關於參與狀況的宣傳文章
• Publishing live news and articles on social media about the event.

25 January 2022 for the midpoint report and 30 July 2022 for final.

Rationale

1. The project is set as an one year project originally. It's so sorry the grantee and the representative of fiscal sponsor didn't notice that the end date is different on agreement before. However, as some goals are setting to reach on some dates in 2022, we wish to extend the grant to 30 June 2022 as its original setting, and the final report would end on 30 July.

(本專案原本即設定為一年期專案。對於受贈者與財務贊助者的代表先前沒有留意到合約上的到期日不同於此，非常抱歉。但既然本專案中有幾項目標都設定在2022年才會達成，我們希望將專案延長到如原始設定的2022年6月30日結束，期末報告截止日也同樣延至7月30日)

1. We wish the midpoint report date could be extended to 25 January 2022 also. According to the same reason, it should be done on 15 January 2022 originally if the project come back to an one-year project. And the WAM team has some manpower problem to finish the report. As the fiscal sponsor, WMTW will cover this but we need about 7-10 days.

(我們同意也希望期中報告延至2022年1月25日。根據相同的理由，本案如果回復為一年期，期中報告原本應遞交日期是2022年1月15日。同時，亞洲月團隊在完成報告上碰到人力問題。作為財務贊助人，台灣分會會協助處理，但我們需要大約7-10天)
