Learning edit

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?
Everything worked well except for our proposed partnership with a women-focused organization
  • What did not work so well?
We earlier planned to partner with a women-focused organization but it did not work because the partner kept changing the date. This impacted our program, and we could not have our in-person event as initially planned. It also impacted our project end date. We had to change our plan; We use the in-person as a closing ceremony for the contest and have participants create new articles.
  • What would you do differently next time?
Next time, we will start the conversation around partnership early enough.
