  • What movement strategy initiative or goal are you addressing?
  • What activities will you be doing to address that initiative?
  • What do you expect will happen as a result of your activities? How do those outcomes address the movement strategy initiative?
  • How will you measure or evaluate your activities? What tools or methods will you use to evaluate your activities?

What Movement Strategy initiative is this draft plan supporting?

  • The draft plan is supporting Initiative 25: Regional & thematic hubs, with a specific focus on Regional hubs.

What activities have you completed to produce this draft plan?

  • There were four stages to our activity. The first was obtaining opinions from individuals in the West African region regarding how they interpret or perceive hubs as well as the problems that hubs can address.
  • In the second stage, we conducted interviews with a some regional leaders to learn more about the obstacles that might limit hub implementation.
  • The third phase focused on analyzing data gathered from all participants through the survey and interviews.
  • Finally in the fourth stage, we documented and shared our research findings with other communities, affiliates and stakeholders.

  • Our draft plan has been shared on Movement Strategy Forum, Diff and on our African mailing list and Telegram groups.
