Goals

This project allowed us to strengthen the commitment of the members of our UG in this period of pandemic
Many were able to learn how to upload the photos to Commons and insert them into Wikipedia pages
Great moment to support our new contributors in Wikipedia and Commons
Training of UG members in the insertion of a photo gallery and configuration
Active contribution of members to the contest

What worked well?
- Reunion between members despite everything taking place online
- Strong motivation of members
- Positive experience in terms of distance learning
- We published the results weekly to boost member motivation
- In addition to the knowledge acquired during the trainings, several members participated to win a prize
What did not work so well?
- Withdrawal of some members due to lack of computers
- Some problems with the internet connection
What would you do differently next time?
- Open participation to other participants who aren't members of the UG
