For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.

I will inform them through an existing whatsapp group, departmental notice boards and personal interaction

Yes, participants have smart phones, laptops and at least a basic understanding of programming.

6. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?

I will engage them through a breakout whatsapp group where I will address their concerns and gives more tips on editing.
