Number of Participant 100	There were 14 volunteers/participant for the project	We were looking forward to train 100 participant at the end of the day we had 14 participants who contributed immensely to the project
Number of Images 500	265 images were contributed to the project of five school	We were looking forward to have 500 photos but most of the images were duplicated,thus how come we had 265
Number of Images used on wiki's 10	Number of Images used on-wiki's is 7 at the moment	We estimated to use 10 photos on all wikis but at the end of the project we 7 photos

We plan to have 100 people for the event, but the turn out was 14.You can view dashboard here

I will maintain a low expectation in the number of volunteers needed for a project.

• Food - 3000 [ Food for the participant in various institution and the school for 3 months]
• Transportation - 3000 [Transportation for 5 team members for three month]
• Internet - 1500 [Support for training and photo uploads]
• Personal Protective Equipment - 1000 [PPE's for team and participant of the event]
• Accommodation - 1500[Accommodation for 5 team members for 3 month]
• Total = GHC 9,500

Remaining funds

Do you have any remaining grant funds?

Remaining funds are retained by the grantee with WMF's permission until after the report review has been completed and report has been accepted, at which time the WMF program officer will also provide instructions regarding the grantee's reallocation or return of the unspent grant funds.

We have GHC 500 remaining,we would like to use this to the future project Afrocine Dathaton
