Yes the goal of the project was achieved and a great impact was made that benefited both the participants and the Wkimedia Foundation.

• What worked well?

1. My resources made sure they were available to answer all questions asked by participants during the expedition and we all did a great job helping the new editors answer all technical questions when creating and editing articles on both Wikipedia and Wikivoyage.

• What did not work so well?

1. Reservation of the hall was difficult due to the delay in receiving the funds very close to the start date.

• What would you do differently next time?

1. Apply two month before the start date so as to receive the funds early for easy planning.

• A 60-person (COVID protocol) conference room/hall with presenting equipment such as projectors, a public address system, and an uninterrupted power supply for two days for $175 a day.= $350 = NGN 143,780
• Refreshments (Tea break, and lunch) $10/person x 30 people x 2days = $540 = NGN 221,832
• Banner (14x8 ft) = $50 = NGN 20,540
• Customized souvenirs for facilitators (USB Flash-Drive, pen, notepad) @ $12/person x 5 = $60= NGN 24,648
• Internet Subscription (During the project, post-project and for report writing) = $200 = NGN 82,160
• Shirts (5 T-Shirts for facilitators) = $12 x 5 = $60 = NGN 24,648
• Nose Mask for all Participants (@1$ per person) = $30 = NGN 12,324
• Hand Sanitizer (Pocket sanitizer for each participant) at $1 per person = $30 = NGN 12,324
• Airtime for communication = $25 = NGN 10,270
• Gift Voucher for Top 3 Editors ($70 for first editor, $60 for second editor, $50 for third editor) = $180 = NGN 73,944
