Learning edit

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?

We had great support from Wikiquote's editors. The newbies felt good. Wikiquote, instead of Wikipedia, was a good option. They created more articles than I could think.

  • What did not work so well?

We did not had enough support from professional staff. I had troubles with the WiFi connection. I could not buy the Router Smart WiFi because there were not in Buenos Aires at that time (it is imported material) so I had to buy an access point TP-Link. Although several patients approached, few had the courage to edit. The main reasons for the non-participation were that some of the participants were too ill and I had noy much support from their psychiatrists.

  • What would you do differently next time?

I need to spend more time explaining the project to the professionals who are the ones who should refer patients. I would have liked to have more referalls and support from the staff.

I began the course before and I finished it later, so we worked more classes, as you can see in the dashboard. We had 18 classes and not 16. I needed two different dashboard:
