Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?
Yes, for the moment I am happy with the results, in autumn, after school start we will have to check together with the kids their willingness to go on with the project and share their experience with younger teens.

Unfortunately we didn't create a dashboard for the project, we had some interesting results but the purpose was also to leave something unfinished and still to do, in order to motivate the participants to meet again and go on after school start (september october).

- What worked well?
- It was quite easy to involve the group (2 boys and 6 girls) in the activities, it was a really good mix between working in front of a pc and walking around in the woods and small towns to collect data (coordinates), pictures (Commons) and descriptions (Voy) for the projects. We even created some content for Mapillary and hid a cache for Geocaching (kids loved it!). Some of the guys discovered completely new information about the place they live. At the end they were happy to "have learned how to create contents for the web" which was something new for all of them. Two of the kids confessed some past vandalism on 'pedia (they were really sorry), one of them is going to become a really fine mapper for OSM, one of the girls liked very much to take pictures. So giving them a quite extensive range of activities we found something everybody of them liked.
- What did not work so well?
- Unfortunately we had bad weather on three days out of five so we couldn't do all the things we planned to do.
- What would you do differently next time?
- Working 8 hours was quite intense for the kids, in the afternoon the "productivity" dropped significantly so next time we will do a "part time" project.

Anything else you want to share about your project?
This project is a "brick" of a broader project to involve teens in community life of this small area. In autumn the communities plan other activities to involve younger citizens so the guys taking part in this first project will be called to share their experience with younger kids and do some activities together (sort of a peer education).
