Goals
editDid you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went? We were generally happy with how the campaign went, considering all the COVID-19 restrictions and new way of living.
We hope that this year, we will be able to surpass our goals since the world is slowly adapting to the new way of living.
Outcome
editPlease report on your original project targets. Please be sure to review and provide metrics required for Rapid Grants.
Target outcome | Achieved outcome | Explanation |
25 participants per photowalk. | 20 active and known participants. | The volunteers who reached out and actually showed up (through our calls for participation) amounted to 20 in total. |
800 photos | 496 photos | We were not able to achieve the expected goal of submissions due to the instability brought about by COVID-19. |
Learning
editProjects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well? We were able to go to the set venues with minimal hinderance. The participants who showed up were also very eager and made the general experience quite smooth and seamless.
- What did not work so well? We were not able to reach the target goal for number of submissions. Some of the people who attended the photowalks failed to make any submissions. Also, the general interest was less than last year's.
- What would you do differently next time? Next time we will put out the call for participation earlier and also constantly encourage people to upload their submissions on time.
