• What worked well? The whole project went well generally. One on one online training was so effective as the participants easily participated as they understood clearly what is to be done.
• What did not work so well? Some of the participants didn't get enough time to participate fully in the project so they had fewer contributions.
• What would you do differently next time? I will communicate with all the participants to know at what specific time they are free for them to participate and thus train them during that time.
