• What worked well?

Almost all the aspect of the event went well;

1. Participants were trained on how to summarize and edit information from a source before posting on wikipedia.
2. Participants were also introduced to copyright, copyright violations, penalties and ways to avoid such violations.
3. New editors were also trained on how to make contributions to Wikipedia.

• What did not work so well?

1. The timing of the project duration as it comes during Ramadan, we had to rescour plans till after the fasting month.

Creation of new bigraphies takes more time and effort.

• What would you do differently next time?

1. Creation of new biographies takes much time and resourcee; i.e, research for the persons notability, data etc. Thus it takes us extra days to create such articles.
2. Even though the project funds comes late, but I will have to revise my calendar carefully so as to avoid unnecessary change of plans and schedules.
3. We will make sure all the data needed for the project is collected before funds disbursement (even though some data can only be collected with project funds.

• Promotional materials= Banner 100USD, Tshirts for the Top 3 = 45 = 145USD
• Computer Rentals = 60 x 3 = 180USD
• Data Subscription = 300USD
• Refreshment = 300USD
• Transport and Logistics = 250USD
• Covid 19 protection (Facemasks 45USD, Handwash & sanitizers 85USD etc) = 125USD

=1600USD
