Dear Modjou,

Thank you for sharing your report on the progress made this far with Wiki Kouman. Here are a few of my reflections ;

• It is great to see you including the Wikimedia Chad User group in this project for the first time. We are curious to learn about how many participants were from the user group and what support systems might you have put in place to support the community while ensuring the sustainability of the impact beyond this particular project.
• Thank you for sharing in detail the challenges you experienced and especially with Chad and for your flexibility as you sustained engagement.
• We hope the delay in accessing the equipment you need to further your work will be resolved soon.
• It was also useful to learn about the various opportunities you have had to collaborate with partners including other Wikimedian communities to support project outcomes.
• We recognise and agree with you that an increase in capacity to implement the project was useful and look forward to seeing how the role continues to provide the needed support.

It is great learning about the progress you have made this far and encouraging to see how you continue to navigate the challenges.
