I've been working with Wikidata for around 4 years now, both as an editor and as a re-user of the data. My data re-use role is as the co-founder of Histropedia, a website that is using Wikipedia and Wikidata to create timelines on every topic in History (launched at Wikimania London in 2014 ). We've also recently released a tool which generates timelines from live Wikidata queries (Histropedia Query Timeline). My Wikidata editing has involved a significant amount of work importing external data sets, a large part of which has been UNESCO data that was arranged for import by John Cummings' during his residency there last year.

My volunteer work has included running several Wikidata training sessions and presentations, including with most of the Wikimedians in residence based in the UK as well as Wikimedia UK staff. I've also recorded a number of help videos, with my guide to querying Wikidata proving particularly popular with nearly 6000 views so far (as of 14th Nov 2017).

I am currently Wikimedian in Residence at UNESCO, I was previously Wikimedian in Residence at the Natural History Museum and Science Museum in London 2013 - 14, the project pages can be found here. I have also worked as a Wikimania organiser at Wikimedia UK for Wikimania 2014, co-running the Community Village, organising the Free Culture and Open Data weekends and the conference collateral.

I'm a Wikimedia UK accredited trainer for communities and organisations, I have run Wikipedia editing training with many other organisations including: Zoological Society of London, Office for National Statistics, Imperial College, Medical Research Council

I have also advised many organisations on how they can benefit from working with the Wikimedia movement including Amnesty International, Royal Society, Royal Veterinary College, Statisticians from UK government departments, Wellcome Collection, Breast Cancer Care, Department for Culture Media and Sport, UK Cabinet Office and Royal Society of Chemistry.

I started MonmouthpediA and was the Wikimedian in residence for the GibraltarpediA project.
