Changing Teachers' Perception of Wikipedia: Through interactions with teachers and educators, we discovered that the strongest arguments to change their perception of Wikipedia revolved around the platform's reliability, open-access nature, and vast repository of information.

Retaining Teachers in the Wikimedia Community: To retain teachers in the Wikimedia community, we found that ongoing support and mentorship were crucial.

Techniques to Encourage Student Participation: Techniques such as assigning Wikipedia editing tasks, organizing edit-a-thons, and encouraging students to contribute multimedia content resonated well with the students.

Meeting Teachers' Expectations: Overall, the program met or exceeded the expectations of the teachers who participated. They appreciated the support, resources, and mentorship provided, which helped them gain knowledge.
