We managed to create training for newbies, and conducted the awarding program during the Wikivibrance successfully,

2. Were there any strategies or approaches that you felt were effective in achieving your goals? Please describe these strategies and approaches.

The use of peer-to-peer learning was effective during the sessions in aiding an environment of learners to get more of what was being shared, the use and addition of a young community added strength and vibrance to the project during and hence the push to get results, We also managed to use Local based organizations as partners in the project for mobilisation and this helped us to get a wider reach but also to easily track some of the ways we did our work

This project was implemented in Juba South Sudan a country that has just recovered from a war-torn country divided under ethnic lines not only is it that the training bring in a diverse community of South Sudanese but it also allowed them to peacefully participate in a common goal in creating / documenting about South Sudan

6. In your application, you outlined your learning priorities. What did you learn about these areas during this period?

We learned about the young wikimedians exhibiting leadership in different capacities in their communities, youth participation, diversity, and how better to support the work of young wikimedians in the South Sudan community.

We also understood the impact of the recovering economy on youth participation in the country and these statistics should be shared by the whole community

7. Did anything unexpected or surprising happen when implementing your activities?This can include both positive and negative situations. What did you learn from those experiences?

The anticipated number of Wikimedians increase which was amazing as interest grew through out the country from different types of communities but as well that hurt in the budget

8. How do you hope to use this learning? For instance, do you have any new priorities, ideas for activities, or goals for the future?

We shall develop a continuing project after the feedback and information from our learning site to continue in reading the participation of youths iu wikimedia related projects
