1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.

the conference talk will present my research from the Wikimedia Germany Open Science Fellows program to a crucially relevant professional audience of leading art librarians. My project focuses on tracing the citation and re-citation of contestable information in knowledge structures and uses Linked Open Data an Wikidata to provide an accessible method to trace, visualize, and analyze citation genealogy structures through bibliographic metadata. The attendees of the conference make lead decisions in institutional metadata structures, data quality control, and accessibility including use of Linked Open Data. As I am currently a graduate student at Oxford University I need to fund travel and accommodation cost to go from Oxford to Munich.
