1. Briefly describe how your proposed activities and strategies were implemented
Nous avons pris contact avec des professionnels de la photographie pour apprendre aux participants les bonnes prises de vue, ensuite, nous sommes passés par une pré-enquête au tout début des activités pour comprendre comment les avis des participants et leur niveau de compréhension sur le mouvement Wikimédia en général et la campagne Wiki Loves Earth tenue pour sa deuxième fois au pays. Nous avons commencé par démontrer Commons, son fonctionnement, l'objectif de la campagne et comment est-ce que les images capturées durant le concours seront par la suite utiliser sur l'ensemble des projets Wikimédia. Nous avons demandé de l'aide à quelques grands contributeurs volontaires du mouvement en RDC, qui se sont chargés d'élaborer le programme et de donner quelques fois la formation tant en ligne qu'en présentiel, ils nous ont été d'une grande aide.

Nous avons spécialement des canaux de communication pour rassembler les contributeurs de différentes provinces pour faire passer rapidement et en un seul endroit les actualités du concours, en l'occurrence, un groupe Whatsapp pour l'équipe organisatrice locale, un autre avec un membre de l'équipe internationale et un dernier avec les participants. L'information s'est répandue d'abord de bouche à oreille, puis via les canaux de diffusion du groupe d'utilisateurs et enfin au travers des médias.

6. In your application, you outlined your learning priorities. What did you learn about these areas during this period?
En tant qu'organisateur, nous apprenons davantage sur l'organisation des événements, comment rendre plus facile la circulation des informations liées au mouvement et comment attirer des nouveaux participants à nos activités, ainsi que les fidéliser plus précisément. le concours des professionnels de la photographie a joué un rôle très primordial dans la transmission des connaissances et nous l'avions beaucoup apprécié.
7. Did anything unexpected or surprising happen when implementing your activities?This can include both positive and negative situations. What did you learn from those experiences?
Tout d'abord la composition de l'équipe du jury, cela a semblé bien plus difficile qu'on le croyait avant pour constituer le jury. Beaucoup de structures étaient aussi en compétition et toutes étaient occupé par l'organisation des activités chez elle, et avec l'interférence d'autres activités parallèles qui étaient encore en cours, ce qui a conduit au report de la date de publication des résultats, surtout avec la venue de Wikimania.
8. How do you hope to use this learning? For instance, do you have any new priorities, ideas for activities, or goals for the future?
Nous avons constaté que le chevauchement des activités WLA et WLE a dérouté un grand nombre de participants et a fait que nous perdions beaucoup de contributions ou photos propres à chaque concours, plusieurs images cadrant avec le thème Climat et Météo de WLA se sont retrouvées pour le compte de WLE et vice-versa. Prochainement, nous aimerions que cela ne se produise plus...
