More to learn edit

Further details about what I would like to learn.

Designing learning /retrospective sessions: I always look for new methods to deliver information beyond the lecture ways.

Basic Wikidata use and how it can support other project, Wikimedia Incubator and setting up, Wikimedia projects in new languages, Wikimedia Tools (PAWS, Quarry, WDQS) for running queries and scripts: I think the communities need more learning pathways to help editiors understand the programming or CS related skills that would help the movement.

Stories about sharing edit

Interesting stories about applying the skills I want to share.

Leadership growth and sustainability: I have dedicated my efforts as a member of the Leadership Development Working Group (LDWG), which focuses on defining leadership in the Wikimedia context, building a leadership development plan, and implementing that plan. To enhance my community involvement, I have translated the leadership definition into Arabic and the feedback surveys for the definition, and I took the lead to make a session for my community to introduce the definition and collect feedback.

Small editing events, campaigns and contests: Being part of the broader movement is a consequence of my work as a Wikipedia editor. I have conducted and co-organized numerous workshops to bridge the gender gap, document the writings of authors, update guidelines, and add missing images to Wikipedia.

Proposal writing for funding: I wrote my first proposal a few months ago and I am voluntirly planning an introductory session to improve my community involvement in the grants process and the subsequent activities.
