Further details about what I would like to learn.

1. Program/project implementation (tools and tactics for planning, time management: I need to learn this to enable attract fund for educative programs for open knowledge.

2. Wikimedia Tools (PAWS, Quarry, WDQS) for running queries and scripts: This will help me in assembling lists of topics to work on. I am still struggling with this tool.

3.Using new tools for efficient organising and monitoring contributions: I have people who look up to me so I need to learn to enable effective organizing and monitoring contributions

1.Building organizational plan and strategy: My on-going experience on creating awareness and learning on Movement Strategy give me insight on building effective organizational plan that is inclusive.

2. Engaging in social media, press and broadcast media: Being in a profession that emphasizes visibility and sharing solidifies my embrace on social.media which I exercises and translate to my Network members for sharing. I am very active on twitter, Instagram and others.

3.Small editing events, campaigns and contests: My planning and organizing editing events in user group and for AfLIA brought in successes on the number of edits with participants improving their knowledge.
