Technical skills is very important in our dairly life. Actually i want to impove my self technically, so that i can teach and share a lot of what i have learn inorder to support community work.

I have learn about supervisory skill. During my training i was able to learn different skills that a supervisor needs to insure success to the work or organization. Those skills includes Leadership skills, Time management skills, confict Resolution, interpersonal skills, communication skills, Decision-making as well as critical thinking and Problem solving. So through what i have learn i can use them effective and share with others to make sure that we bring changes to the community.
