You want to coordinate an editing workshop or course with patients at an institution, a hospital or a clinic.The project may be delayed due to possible interference and different obstacles. Many times the onset can be delayed due to the hospital bureaucracy. Moreover, not all patients work well for this type of projects. If you do not have the acceptance of the staff working at the institution you can face a big obstacle because if they are not convinced of the project they can paralyze it in many ways. You can also face technical obstacles relating to the physical components that make up the infrastructure like the computers or the connection speed, for example, the wifi connection may not work well.

It is very important to design the course taking into account the opinions of the staff and the rules of the institution. It's fundamental to take into account the bureaucracy of the institution. If you don't, you can have many surprises later. Consulting the staff during the design phase is an important way of overcoming the obstacles. Ii is very important to invest time to explaine the staff Wikimedia's misión, your goals and why you are doing this.

- Test the equipment and make sure that there is a good internet connection.
- Consultate the staff during the design phase before you begin the course.
- Explaine them Wikimedia's goals and mission.
- Explaine them why your project may help their patients.
- Conduct individual interviews to select candidates before you initiate the course.

When you can work at a hospital or a clinic, you get access to patients and you are interested in teaching editing Wikimedia projects to them.

- Because I believe that wikimedia projects can grow beyond the initial objective. In this case combines elements that I think are framed in the values of the Foundation:
- Helps the creation and improvement of project items.
- It helps the integration of people into the technological culture, by teaching them positive uses of technology, not mere consumption of masses.
- Helps patients of the institution as an "active" and "attractive" therapeutic tool.
