Most new comers to editing feel uneasy about the fear of possible rejection. To encourage a smooth entry to the editor’s club, a micro-editing capsule/suite may prove encouraging.

What is the problem you're trying to solve?Edit
Setting a welcome suite for micro-editing will allow a larger number of wannabe editors to dip their toes in the editing pool. Short yet gratifying experiences will encourage wider participation and longer retention.
What is your solution?Edit
As an easy entry point towards editing, new starters are encouraged taster and appetiser sessions for bite-size editing experience such as suggesting a sub-heading, correcting typing errors, supplying dates or suggesting additional references for an existing article. Hand holding experience will encourage new entrants on the path to editing will reassure them, help them gain confidence and make their experience rewarding.
