What is the problem you're trying to solve? edit
I know this probably sounds a bit wierd but how about integrating the Wiktionary into Wikidata? You could easily create the biggest and most complete dictionary. Tousands of wiktionarians are waiting for this for years and it was promissed to do it this year (still no reaction). But hey, get some new ideas and start working on them.
