The idea is based in the creation of labs where people can experience Wikipedia and the Wikimedia projects, can find trainers, have workshops and experiment the collaboration.

What is the problem you're trying to solve? edit
In general the education or the training sessions are done in the schools or in the GLAMs, but it's difficult to have the right tools or exhaustive tools and the time taken to prepare the material may be long or it may be insufficient. It means inefficient training or insufficient results.
What is your solution? edit
The labs use more or less the same formula of the fablabs of the MIT, they will be approved and monitored centrally, and the experience will be shared in order to have efficient and equipped laboratories where schools, GLAMs but also single wikipedians may have training. Personally I have experienced that other movement use a lot this solution and it works really good.
