Some Wikipedians handle themselves and others with an unfriendly, bureaucratic tone, which makes new users less and less interested in taking part. New editors are crucial to help Wikipedia grow into the communal open source it once aspired to be.

What is the problem you're trying to solve?Edit

Make Wikipedia friendly again.

What is your solution?Edit

Despite certain reforms, Wikipedia is still predominately managed by a small group of white, middle class left-wing men that often make newcomers feel unwelcome, and that don't help solve problems or answer questions. I propose new reforms to help change the the bureaucracy that has developed within Wikipedia, giving more respect to new legitimate editors who could really enhance Wikipedia into the great encyclopedia it can and almost is.
