What is the problem you're trying to solve? edit
The Wikipedia Semantic Web Applications are not user friendly and can't be displayed in an intuitive graphical way and so users don't have access to the power and interest of exploring wikipedia's content in this way
What is your solution? edit
I have built a free, open source prototype with Unity3d (a free game development engine).
