Trying to sort out the issue of lesser number of participation of Females in Wikipedia / Wikimedia and resolving the issue of Gender Gap

What is your solution?

Community Formations at the levels of Schools, Colleges, Cities, Villages, Corporate offices. Conducting regular workshop and Meetups Awareness generation Programme through campaigns
