All Mobile / tablet base users. For India, Smartphone is the highest internet users interface.

English, regional.

Facebook, whatsapp, Messaging app etc. The Wikipedia need one lightweight ad free app based interface with at least having capability of bookmark, translation of popular language.
What are some reasons this group would use Wikipedia? How would they benefit from it, or what would they find useful? edit
Knowledge over new search/ suggestion based articles. User preference. More and more people will be interested over it if they can understand it better, so translation capability is essential.

Wikipedia need to be versatile. You should have the capability of translate the existing articles.

The Wikipedia need one lightweight ad free app based interface with at least having capability of bookmark, translation of popular language. The reader app should have 2 mode one is ultra light other is mobile based light wait( basically HD photos should be with less resolution in mobile or at least user have the option to whether they want to download/ load it or not. information should be updated and at end of article there should have some reference link to some news site for more update information over subject... there are many way to make it attractive.
