What is the problem you're trying to solve?

Women in most countries does not allowed to access internet and if allowed then it will for some time.So,if most women are connected to internet.they can contribute more on the internet.

What is your solution?

If most of the women and also men are connected to internet,then they can contribute equally on the internet.
