Give credit to female contributors to organization, news, and subject pages outside of wikipedia in order to see more of their influence, and let them know when we do so.

What is the problem you're trying to solve? edit
This is an attempt to balance the proportion of wikipedia contributions from women received. Many women do write substantial online articles that would be worth including on Wikipedia, but they are just never referenced, quoted, or transferred.
What is your solution? edit
When a user adds content or makes an edit on behalf of someone else, along with the CAPCHA, there could be a field for giving credit to a contributor that is not directly editing wikipedia.
