Oppose
editI have to oppose this on the grounds that it flirts too dangerously with censorship. Firstly, there are already protocols in place for censuring, blocking, and banning abusive editors. Secondly, what is considered "abuse" can become subjective. Finally, three months seems overly harsh, especially considering that "harassment" can come in so many degrees of severity.
