What is the problem you're trying to solve?

I'm afraid I don't have time to figure out your complex instructions and template. I can tell you that most harassment comes from Wikipedia administrators ("Future Perfect at Sunrise" being a good example). These administrators get a taste of power over regular editors, it goes to their heads, and they become tyrants and bullies. When I've reported this bullying behavior, all I get is personal attacks from other administrators. The situation is completely out of control, and will ultimately lead to the downfall of Wikipedia if not corrected soon. SimpsonDG (talk) 02:53, 26 June 2016 (UTC)
