Duplicated language entry problem

During uploading, when the second language is selected English is automically selected by the system, and this makes it as repeated for the second entry. If the user can skip/forget to select a different one the language entries remain same. This issue can be overcomed to make the language box is empty for selection and check the languages boxes for duplicated entries before submission.
