Project idea

What is the problem you're trying to solve?

Solving the problem of people trying to make the playing field easy for women that they are making them weaker. Competition breeds strength and no one here can be a judge of when the scales are leveled for men versus women. Can some one here exactly say when the % of women editors would be 50.01%? Let women be women and not be an object of pity, quotas or chauvinism. The real ones don't need it, and the ones who need it don't deserve it!!
