Grants:IdeaLab/Ban the Bads

If any person and/or number of people, are subject to harassment in any way, shape, or form, the accused harasser shall be banned from Wikipedia either temporarily or permanantly depending on the level of offense. The levels of offense and respective consequences shall be as follows:

Level 1 harassment: Trolling or purposely disturbing peace=warning

Level 2 harassment: insulting and/or cursing=temporary ban

Level 3 harassment: threatening or continued offense=permanent account suspension
