editGreasemonkey script that allows hide (blur) and display on demand "controversial content" based on intellectual article categorization analysis w/o any extra tagging or banner warnings. The script must run on all prominent modern browsers, natively where supported, Greasemonkey / Tampermonkey where not — with a clear installation and usage instructions.

editMostly for multi-platform programming and testing and a light A.I. for category analysis with a fair $35/h rate and taxes.
Community engagement
editru-wiki community is overall supportive (Russian) as long as there is not a smell of self-censorship or pre-filtering server-side, only per user individual choice — and the this is exactly what the project is.
