What is the problem you're trying to solve? edit
Although there are more than 50 million people speaking in Azerbaijani language, number of Wikipedia articles in this language is below 100K and majority of them being snubs. The number of contributors for Azerbaijani has been lagging other language families for a variety of reasons. Internet connectivity in Azerbaijan being limited/expensive is a major reason among them.
What is your solution? edit
Developing professional bot will transfer huge amount of information from Russian and Turkish languages by translating in Azerbaijani. The reason behind why those languages are chosen is that Machine translation between these languages and Azerbaijani is well developed. This project can be applied to English language as well in near future.

To develop a highly-professional bot software that will enrich Azerbaijani Wikipedia by creating and translating articles from Russian and Turkish language resources.

Dilmanc translation system is working on the development of Machine translation and Automatic speech to speech translation projects. Under this project, knowledge and expertise of this company can be used to develop a highly skilled bot that will enrich Azerbaijani Wikipedia. More than a million articles can be created and enlarged by using such software during a year. The company has the most developed Russian-Azerbaijani and Turkish-Azerbaijani online translation system. The system can be developed as Wikipedia bot and translate articles from those languages into Azerbaijani. The bot can be managed by Azerbaijani Wikipedia Administrators in a jointly manner.

Experience gained in this project can be applied almost to every Wikipedia languages.
Measures of success edit
Increase number of articles to 500K, with 10% of them being very high quality articles. The number of translated articles can be increased periodically depending on the development level of Russian and Turkish Wikipedias.
