Queering Wikipedia 2022/2023 Grant Report edit

Wikimedia LGBT+ originally applied for a QW2022 grant to host events in 2022. Changes to the grant were coordinated with the WMF, and the 2022 conference was divided into two events, QW2022, and QW2023.
